Fox Creek sawmill construction update and job fair set for May 25

Millar Western will be holding an open house at the Seniors Drop-in Centre in Fox Creek on Wednesday, May 25, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, to update the community on the rebuilding of the Fox Creek sawmill and discuss employment opportunities. After a short presentation on the new mill’s design and construction status, visitors will have the chance to meet project and mill management, and find out more about current openings and recruitment plans for the new facility, which is set to start production in November 2011.
